Can I clean my Arise Shine jewelry products with sterling silver liquid cleaner? TOP
Yes.  We use Connoisseurs Jewelry Cleaner [in the grey cylinder specified for sterling silver] on all of our jewelry.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit card payments, checks and money orders.

What is your return policy? TOP

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.  We accept returns up to 30 days on merchandise that is in "new" condition.  Because of the nature of most of our pieces, custom orders can be returned for exchange only.  Items that are not customized can be returned for credit on the method of purchase within 30 days [new condition, please].  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
All returns will need a return authorization, so please call for the return authorization number prior to return.  We also recommend insuring any returns for added protection against loss.  Please retain receipt and proof of insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are not insured.

Can I have my order shipped directly to someone as a gift? TOP

Yes.  We will be glad to personalize the gift card for you and send it directly to the recipient which will save additional shipping time and charges for you!  You will only be charged our normal shipping charges unless you request an expedited method of shipment.

What do you charge for shipping? TOP

Typically, we ship U.S. Priority Mail insured, however, if an express delivery date is requested, we will charge only actual charges for Federal Express or UPS shipping, let us know at time of purchase that you would like your package shipped using one of these methods so we can adjust your total .   

For standard shipping, the shipping and insurance will be based on the total dollar amount of the order.  Our products are shipped in gift boxes [exception of charms] and a flat rate is not available for our packages as they will vary in weight. 

Will I receive a gift box and gift card with each purchase? TOP

All of our scripture designs come with a gift card.  All of our scripture bracelets, earrings, necklaces and chokers will come with a gift card and a gift box. 
 
Our scripture charms are not packaged in a gift box, however, if a box is needed for a charm, a gift box can be purchased for .50 each.
 
You may also purchase a gift box for any other item in our collection that doesn't come with a gift box.  The cost is only .50. 

Can I have bracelets made smaller or larger than the size shown? TOP
Yes!  We always enjoy making custom pieces for our customers.  Usually, the standard size does fit those whose wrists are 7 1/4" or smaller and the large size fits up to an 8 1/4" wrist.  We do have requests for smaller and larger bracelets than these sizes and would be glad to talk with you about your special request.

Are the mille fiori beads shown on the bracelet with the scripture charm from Italy? TOP

Yes, these mille fiori beads that are shown on the bracelets as well as the earrings with the sterling silver tubes and the sterling silver flower dangles are from Italy. 
 
We do use glass mille fiori beads for some of our earrings in the "Too Cute" collection.  These are glass beads that are not originating from Italy.  They are all colorful, happy and a bright addition to any wardrobe!

Do you make each piece or are these crafted by someone else? TOP
I make each piece of Arise Shine jewelry - and when things get a little hectic and busy, I do call in the troops ---our "family unit"--- when things get too busy.  Other than that, yes, each piece is lovingly made and inspected for our quality standards.  We want you to enjoy your selection and have fun wearing [and sharing] with others!
